LaWann and I discussed how to manage a side hustle with a full-time job, how she got to where she is today in her business, plus some great pointers on managing all of the things but recognizing that we also need to take time for ourselves as working moms to rest and recharge.
We also dived into how we can be better supportive allies for Black working moms by continuing to support their work, to be inclusive and to teach our children about racial equity and social justice at an early age.
